SHIPPING & RETURNS
SHIPPING POLICY
All orders are manufactured once an order is placed. Our lead times are usually 5-8 business days, but are subjected to change throughout the year. Shipping is to be paid by the customer unless otherwise noted. We will send you an order confirmation email, as well as a follow up email with tracking information. If you do not see either of these, please check your spam folder as they may have got flagged.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Customer service is our #1 priority. In the event that you are not satisfied with a product, we want to know. Please send us an email, text, call or fill out our contact form on our Home Page within 30 days of receipt of your item. We will use the delivery date provided by the shipping service to verify date of receipt. If your return is accepted, Innovating The Outdoors will send a prepaid shipping label. Your order will be refunded in full, minus the original shipping costs of the order.
Returns will not be accepted unless we have been contacted and a prepaid label has been sent to you. Any returns outside of 30 days of the receipt of your order (as outlined above) will not be accepted.
